Every Filter you create in the Filter Menu will have a matching collection. By default, the Filter Menu uses the filter collection titles for the filter display names.
You can change the filter titles by clicking on them in the app, there are two options:
Change the collection title
Set a filter display alias
Change the collection title
Changing the collection title will update the filter display name and the title for the matching filter collection. This option changes how the collection title appears on your storefront and in the Shopify admin.
Set a filter display alias
If you don't want the collection title to be changed, you can set a filter display alias, this will change the title for the filter without changing the matching collection title. This is especially useful if you have long collection titles for the storefront, but want shorter filter titles.
You can also remove an alias by leaving the alias field blank.
